Read the exact San Pedro entry before making an access plan. The Coastal Commission’s resources help identify public approaches; the wave model cannot tell you whether a gate or path is available. Use CDIP as an independent regional reference when useful, while preserving the distinction between offshore data and a breaking wave. A dated observation is a contribution; an unsupported precise instruction is not.
