A 1963 local account describes consistent afternoon-glassoff beachbreaks from Hope Ranch / More Mesa north toward Haskell’s and El Cap. Bottom change and moving sand make this a zone, not a permanent takeoff.

Things to check: Private gate, shorebreak, rips, narrow beach at tide, runoff and no public facilities.
